1.1This site uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media tracking or profiling cookies, and we do not allow third parties to set cookies through our pages.
1.2Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), strictly necessary storage does not need your consent, but we must tell you about it. This policy does that. Because there is nothing optional to accept or refuse, we show a short information notice rather than a consent banner.
1.3If we ever add optional cookies (for example analytics), we will ask for your consent first, before any such cookie is set, and update this policy.

3. Browser storage we use (not cookies)
3.1PECR also covers other ways of storing information on your device. We use the following, all strictly necessary for a feature you use; none of it is sent to third parties.

4. Third-party content
4.1Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and browser information; Google does not set cookies through this request. See Google's privacy policy.
4.2Videos in news and the media hub are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; once you do, YouTube may store information on your device under its own policy.
4.3Share buttons are plain links to the chosen network. Nothing is sent to that network unless you click one.
4.4Link previews on KBN Social are fetched by our server, so the linked site does not receive your IP address.

5.1Campaign e-mails from KBN can include a small image that tells us whether the e-mail was opened. This is not a cookie on this website but it is covered by PECR; see clause 11 of the Privacy notice. You can block it by turning off automatic image loading in your e-mail client.
↑ Contents6. How to control cookies and storage
6.1You can view, block and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Site settings). If you block strictly necessary cookies, public pages still work but you will not be able to log in, submit forms or keep a registration draft.
6.2To remove the offline app data, clear the site data for worldkbn.com in your browser or uninstall the app. Referee scores that have not yet synchronised would be lost.
6.3To stop push notifications, switch them off in the app or in your browser's notification settings.
