A national federation applies with its legal credentials, accepts the KBN Executive Statute and pays annual membership, as set out in Statute Art. 4. One year from the issue date, minus one day. A licence issued on 1 February 2026 is valid until 31 January 2027. The valid-until date is on the licence and the verify page.

Yes, if they compete in official events, with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian uploaded in the application. Without it the application cannot proceed beyond stage 1. Guide for parents.

For licensed adult athletes: name, nickname, country, discipline, category, weight class, verified record, ranking positions, points, club and coach, as sporting information. For under-18s only name, country and division. Identity documents and contact details are never public. Privacy notice.

No. Rankings, fighter profiles, events, the live centre and the verify page are all public. A free fan account only adds following fighters and alerts.

Yes. Every approved official bout earns 5 participation points, win or lose, multiplied by the event level and time value. A loss at a KBN World Cup is worth 12.5 points at full value. Why a loss still earns points.

Results lose half their value after 12 months and all of it after 24 months, so tables change every day as results age. Other fighters also add newly verified results or have licence changes. Why rankings move when nobody fought.

QWhat is published about athletes under 18?
A

Only name, country and division, under Statute Art. 17. Portrait, age, physical statistics, club and coach are not published. Results and rankings are published as sporting information. Safeguarding & minors policy.
