- Open Admin → Ranking applications; the board shows your country's applications by stage.
- Stage 1: tick off the six attachments; use "Request" for anything missing (the athlete is e-mailed and the request logged). The AI pre-check lists present, missing and doubtful items; it never decides.
- Stage 2: confirm identity and sources once the passport and organiser confirmations match.
- Stage 3: approve or reject each result. Rejection needs a reason from the list plus a note for the athlete.
- Stage 4 shows the calculated points and projected world position. Issuing and publishing are HQ actions.
Everything you do is in the audit log with your name, role and branch.
