1. What KBN TV is

1.1KBN TV is the live and on-demand video service of the Service. It carries KBN's own official channels and channels run by other federations, promotions, clubs, companies and media organisations ("channels") that KBN World HQ has approved.

1.2These terms add to the Terms of use, the Acceptable use policy policy and, for fees, the Fees & refunds policy policy. If they conflict, these terms apply to KBN TV.

1.3Nothing on KBN TV affects the ranking. Ranking points are earned only through verified sporting performance and can never be purchased. Fan scorecards, predictions and "ranking impact" projections are opinions or estimates: they are labelled as such and never change an official result, a judge's card or a verification decision.

2. Channel applications and approval

2.1An organisation applies for a channel on the application page, chooses a plan and accepts these terms on its own behalf. The person applying confirms they are authorised to bind the organisation.

2.2KBN World HQ reviews every application and may approve it, ask for more information or refuse it. A "Verified" badge means KBN has confirmed the organisation's identity; it is not an endorsement of the channel's content or of any result shown.

2.3KBN may suspend a channel, take down a broadcast or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and records every such decision with its reason. A channel may challenge a decision under the Complaints & appeals procedure procedure.

3. Channel responsibilities

3.1Each channel is responsible for everything it broadcasts, uploads, writes and links, and for its team (owner, managers and moderators) and its chat and comment moderation.

• You must own, or hold a licence for, every broadcast, recording, music track, logo and image you use. KBN acts on valid notices under the Copyright & takedown procedure procedure.
• Content must be combat sports, training, events, education or related news. No betting, gambling or odds promotion, no hate, harassment or violence outside a regulated sporting context.
• Athletes under 18 may appear only with a parent's or guardian's consent and in line with the Safeguarding & minors policy policy. Channels that feature minors are marked as youth channels: no ads run on them.
• You must describe results accurately. Only results verified by the KBN Ranking Committee may be described as "verified" or "official KBN" results.
• You must keep your stream keys secret and regenerate a key that may have leaked.

3.2Channel teams may moderate their own chat and comments (delete, time out, block, pin, slow mode, word filters). KBN moderators may also act on any channel.

4. Plans, fees and pay-per-view

4.1Channels pay a monthly plan fee after approval. The plan, its limits (such as concurrent live streams, quality, replay storage and moderators) and the price are shown before you apply and on the invoice. KBN's own official channels have no fee.

4.2Each month is invoiced before it starts, with a link to pay online. If a payment is missed, a grace period applies (shown in the channel studio); after it the channel cannot go live until the invoice is paid. Existing replays stay visible.

4.3Plan fees are payment for the KBN TV service only. They are non-refundable except where the law requires (see the Fees & refunds policy policy for your statutory rights). KBN may waive a period at its discretion; a waiver is recorded.

4.4Where a plan allows pay-per-view, viewers buy a ticket for one broadcast through KBN's checkout. A ticket gives access to that broadcast only and never buys anything related to the ranking.

5. Advertising

5.1KBN may show advertising on KBN TV, including short video ads before or during broadcasts and display ads on KBN TV pages. Every ad is labelled "Ad", "Sponsored" or "From KBN World" and is never disguised as editorial content.

5.2Ads are never shown on youth channels or to members whose KBN Premium plan includes ad-free viewing, and are limited per viewer per hour. Channels on plans that allow it may opt out of KBN house ads. Any advertising revenue share shown in a plan is reported monthly and settled separately; the platform does not make automatic payouts.

6. Viewers

6.1Watching public broadcasts needs no account. Chat, comments, likes, clips, predictions and watch parties need a verified KBN account and must follow the Acceptable use policy policy and the Code of conduct & disciplinary rules. Links in chat are blocked for new accounts.

6.2Clips are short excerpts (30–60 seconds) that point back to the original broadcast; the channel's rights and any takedown also cover its clips.

6.3Predictions are free and earn KBN XP only. There is no stake, no prize money and no odds.

6.4You can report a broadcast, clip, comment, chat message or channel with the report button. KBN reviews reports and records what it decided.

7. Privacy

7.1How KBN TV uses personal data (first-party view and heartbeat statistics, chat, comments, follows, reminders and payments) is explained in the Privacy notice notice. Channels receive only aggregate statistics about their broadcasts and the chat and comments posted on them.
