KBN apps
One installable web app (PWA) with four role-based experiences, running on the same backend as worldkbn.com and every branch page.
Fans
Live scores, rankings, fighter follows, event reminders, push alerts when a followed fighter moves.
Fighters
Licence wallet with QR, application tracker, submit bout records & evidence, points history.
Admins
Review queue by stage, per-result approve/reject with evidence, licence issuing — scoped to branch or HQ.
Referees
Round scoring pad (10-point must), knockdowns & fouls, QR check-in of licence + medical + weigh-in, offline-first.
KBN TV
Live and on-demand fights inside the app: verified fight overlay, fan scorecard, predictions, watch parties and live chat. Federations and promotions can run their own channel.

One database, one fighter record. Branch pages are filtered views of the same data, so a result verified in London updates Istanbul, Tehran and the world table at once.
