Identity document, portrait photo, bout records (one per event), official results, certificates where available, and supporting links. Minors add parental consent.
QMy fight was 20 months ago. Will it count?
Yes, at 50 % of its value until it reaches 24 months, then it scores 0 but stays on your record.
QCan I see my points before approval?
No. Applicants never see an estimated total; points are calculated only from verified results at stage 4.
QHow long does verification take?
It depends on how quickly organisers confirm results. The Ranking Committee decides each case; there is no fixed service time in the founding period.
QCan I save my application and come back?
Yes. Your draft is saved from step 1 and restored when you log in again.
QWhat if an event I fought at is not in your list?
Name it anyway. It is created without a level and scores 0 until KBN World HQ assigns a level; until then the result cannot be approved.
