Once you have applied, the fighter portal is your home base. It is available on the web and inside the KBN app on your phone. This guide explains each part and what you can and cannot change yourself.
The dashboard
The dashboard shows your licence card with a large QR code for check-in, your licence status, your world, continental and national positions, your points and your next bout if one is scheduled. At an event, officials scan the QR code from your phone; you do not need a printout.
Application tracker
If your application is in review, the tracker shows the six stages: intake and completeness, verification, result decisions, point calculation, Fighter ID and licence, and publication. You can see which stage you are in and whether KBN has requested a document. You will not see an estimated points total while you are an applicant; points appear once results are verified and calculated.
Bout records
Every bout you have submitted appears with its status:
- Pending: submitted, awaiting verification.
- Verified: approved and counted in your record and, if within 24 months, your points.
- Rejected: not approved, with a reason and a note.
You can add a new bout record with the same fields as the application wizard and upload evidence. New bouts go in as pending, and your national branch and KBN World HQ are notified. Results entered by referees at a KBN event also appear as pending until an administrator verifies them.

Documents
Open your Fighter Ranking License and your Certificate of Official World Ranking, print them, or download them as PDFs. Documents render your current values; a PDF records when it was generated. The verify page is always the authority.
Profile
You can edit your contact details. Portrait changes need administrator approval, because the portrait appears on your licence. Fields such as your name, date of birth, nationality and division are managed by administrators, since they are verified against your identity document.
Your data
From your profile you can request an export of your data or its deletion. A KBN administrator processes the request. Deletion is subject to the sporting-record archive described in the privacy notice: verified results are part of the federation's historical record.
Notifications
Turn on push notifications in the app to hear when your application changes stage, when a result is verified or rejected, or when a document is requested. You can switch notifications off at any time.
What the portal will never let you do
- Edit points. No one can edit points directly; they come only from the ranking engine reading verified bouts.
- Approve your own results.
- Change your licence status.
A typical month in the portal
- After a bout: add the bout record with evidence the same week.
- When a document is requested: upload it from the notification.
- When a result is verified: check your points breakdown and ranks.
- Before an event: check your licence status and valid-until date, and have the QR code ready on your phone.
Security tips
Use a strong, unique password and keep your e-mail account secure, since password resets go there. Never share your login with a coach or manager.

Scenario: a new result after a KBN event
After a KBN-scored event, you may find the bout already listed as pending in your portal, because the referee's final result created it. You do not need to submit it again. Add any extra evidence if requested, and it will count once an administrator verifies it.
