Every licence and certificate carries a QR code pointing at the verify page. A valid record shows the fighter, licence status, world ranking, points, verified record and validity dates, all live from the register. A suspended licence says so immediately.

"No matching record" means the number is not in the register: the document may be altered, expired or not genuine. Report it to the official contact address.
