Each sanctioned event carries a level: national ×1.0 up to World Championship ×3.0. If an event turns out not to meet KBN's technical or integrity standards, HQ may apply an override lower than the default, down to ×0 (rejected).

An override recalculates every bout at that event immediately, for every fighter, and the change is written to the audit log with the committee member's name. Fighters are not asked to re-apply; their published ranking simply updates.
