No. Points come only from verified sporting performance. Any fee KBN may ever charge relates to review, membership or document issuance and never creates a point.
QDoes a loss earn anything?
Yes: the five participation points, multiplied by the event level and time value. A loss at the World Cup is worth 12.5 points at full value.
QWhy did my total drop when I did not fight?
A result crossed the 12-month line (100 % → 50 %) or the 24-month line (50 % → 0 %). Results expire on a rolling basis.
QIs a submission win worth more?
Only in MMA, where it earns the same +5 as a KO/TKO. In other disciplines a submission is not a legal finish.
QWhat is a KBN title defence?
A successful defence of a KBN title. An admin sets the flag on the bout; it adds +75 base points. The exact definition is one of the open decisions for the Ranking Committee.
QHow are ties broken?
Points, then verified wins, then last name. The order is a configurable rule.
QAre amateur and professional points comparable?
They are calculated the same way but ranked in separate tables. Points never transfer between categories, disciplines or weight classes.
