Continuously. Every verified result, multiplier change or licence change recalculates the affected tables at once. A nightly snapshot records the history.

The fighter was not ranked 30 days ago, usually because the ranking was published within the month.
QWhy is a fighter with more wins ranked below one with fewer?
A
Points, not wins, order the table. Wins at high-multiplier events and tournament placements outweigh volume at national level.
QIs there a minimum number of bouts?
A
No. One verified result with points above zero is enough to appear.
QHow is the continent decided?
A
By the fighter's country. Turkey defaults to Europe; it is a setting.
