When the referee enters the final result, the system creates one bout for each fighter with status pending and source "referee". Both stay outside the ranking until an admin compares them with the official result sheet and approves them.

This is the single most important safeguard in the system: no live score, no self-submitted record and no referee entry can move the table on its own.
