From application to licence: inside the registration wizard and fighter portal
Four steps to apply, six stages of review, and a portal where athletes follow their application, add bouts and download their documents.
Athletes apply at /apply in four steps, and the draft is saved as they go.
- Athlete information — identity, contact, club and coach, discipline, category, declared weight (the weight class is shown automatically) and declared record
- Bout records — one entry per event: date, organiser, opponent, result, method, round, official result link and a verifiable contact. Bouts older than 24 months are flagged because they will not count in the active ranking
- Evidence — six upload slots (identity document, portrait, bout records, official results, certificates, supporting links); PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB each, stored privately
- Declaration — the KBN declaration text, a typed-name signature, the date and a consent checkbox

The national branch prepares and verifies stages 1–3. Only KBN World HQ issues Fighter IDs and licences, publishes rankings and issues certificates.
The fighter portal
Once logged in, athletes see their licence card with a large QR code for event check-in, their status, ranks, points and next bout, the six-stage application tracker, every bout record with its verification status, and their licence and certificate as PDFs. New bouts added in the portal go into the queue as pending until the branch and HQ verify them.
