A national federation applies with its legal credentials, accepts the KBN Executive Statute and pays annual membership, as set out in Statute Art. 4. A branch prepares and verifies applications from its own country through stages 1 to 3, creates its country's events as drafts for sanctioning, requests documents, and manages its public page (board, clubs, about text and hero image). It cannot issue licences, set multipliers or publish rankings.

No. A branch administrator can only see and act on fighters, applications, events and users of their own country. This is enforced on the server by policies and query scopes, not just hidden buttons, and attempts to open another country's records are refused.

Branch administrators edit their own branch's board, clubs, about text and hero image. The branch colour and activation are controlled by KBN World. The page lives at worldkbn.com/your-country, for example the United Kingdom page.

No branch or federation can sell ranking points, positions or verification outcomes. Any fee within KBN relates only to administration, membership or documents, as set out in the fees policy. Offering influence over rankings for money is prohibited conduct.

For 90 days from the official publication date, KBN accepts verified results from the preceding 24 months. Older results are recorded but score zero. Branches should tell athletes early so they can collect evidence.
