Open the application wizard, create your fighter account with an e-mail and password, and complete the four steps: athlete information, bout records, evidence uploads and the declaration. Your draft is saved as you go. After you submit, your national branch checks your documents and results, and KBN World HQ issues your licence and publishes your ranking. Read the step-by-step guide.

Male and female athletes, amateur or professional, with documented participation in official national, international, continental or world events. The priority disciplines are MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai; other individual martial arts need Technical Committee approval first. Athletes under 18 also need written parental or guardian consent.

No application fee is charged during the founding period. Any fee KBN may introduce later would relate only to administrative review, membership or documents, and would be published at least 30 days in advance on the fees page. Ranking points can never be purchased.

The strongest proof is an official result sheet or written confirmation from the organiser or sanctioning federation, backed by a published result link and a contact person who can confirm it. Posters, social media posts and videos can support a claim but rarely prove the result on their own. Every claimed bout needs its own evidence.

No. Applicants never see an estimated point total during registration. Points are calculated only at stage 4, from results that have been verified. You submit records and evidence, not points.

It depends mainly on how quickly organisers confirm your results and whether your evidence is complete. There is no fixed service time during the founding period; the Ranking Committee decides each case. Complete evidence with a reachable contact person for every bout is the fastest route.

Yes. Every approved official bout earns 5 participation points, win or lose, multiplied by the event level and time value. A loss at a KBN World Cup is worth 12.5 points at full value. Why a loss still earns points.

It can be recorded on your verified record, but a result older than 24 months scores 0 points in the active ranking. Results between 12 and 24 months old score 50 percent, and results up to 12 months old score 100 percent. How points expire.

Name it anyway in your bout record. It is created as a custom event without a level, and your bout scores 0 and cannot be approved until KBN World HQ assigns a level. Evidence about the event itself, such as the organiser, officials and published results, helps HQ decide.

Yes. Use "Add bout record" in the fighter portal with the same fields as the wizard and upload the evidence. New bouts go in as pending and your branch and KBN World HQ are notified. They count once verified.

Every rejection shows a reason from a fixed list and a note in your portal, for example that the result could not be confirmed or the event has no KBN level. Often the fix is better evidence. If you disagree with the decision, follow the complaints and appeals procedure. How to appeal.

Yes. Each bout counts in the discipline of the event's official ruleset, and each discipline has its own tables. Points never transfer between disciplines, so a kickboxing win never counts in a Muay Thai table.

Points never transfer between weight classes. Your results stay in the division where you earned them until they expire, and you build a new ranking in the new class from the bouts you fight there. Tell your branch so your licence shows the right division. Moving weight class.

Yes. Your verified record includes losses, and each approved loss earns participation points. Leaving losses out also creates mismatches that slow verification when the branch checks event results.

Tell your national branch as soon as possible, or reply to any document request with the correction. Honest mistakes are corrected through audited decisions. Deliberately false or altered information can lead to rejection, removal of points, licence suspension and disciplinary action.
