QHow can I help my fighters get ranked?
Keep the official result sheet, the published result link and an organiser contact for every bout your fighters take. Help them complete the application, but the application is made by the athlete and verified by the national branch and KBN World HQ. How to document a fight record.

QCan my club appear on KBN?
Clubs registered with a KBN branch appear on the branch page, and where the clubs module is enabled, in the club directory and club rankings. Ask your national branch to add your club.

QHow do club rankings work?
Club rankings, where enabled, are built from the verified records of a club's fighters. They never create or change individual fighters' points, which come only from verified bouts.

QCan I submit results on behalf of my fighter?
Where the coach and club accounts module is enabled, coaches can manage member fighters and submit bout records for them, which enter as pending like any other submission. Otherwise the fighter submits from their own portal.

QWhich events should my fighters enter?
For ranking purposes, events with a KBN level count, from National (×1.0) to World Championship (×3.0). Check the events page for levels, and choose bouts on safety and development first. Event multipliers explained.

QWhat should I teach fighters about weight cutting?
Encourage competing near natural weight, gradual weight management with qualified professionals, and moving up a class if cuts become extreme. Never let children cut weight, and never use dehydration methods or diuretics. Weight cutting safely.

QHow should sparring be run in my gym?

QWhat are my responsibilities at a sanctioned event?
Bring your fighter's documents, follow the rules meeting, stay in the permitted corner area, respect officials and stop the bout if your fighter is in danger. A corner retirement is recorded as a TKO and protects your athlete.

QDo I need a safeguarding policy?
Yes, especially if you coach under-18s. Have a written policy, a named welfare officer, appropriate checks for coaches and clear reporting routes. Safeguarding for clubs.
