QWhat personal information is public?
For licensed adult athletes: name, nickname, country, discipline, category, weight class, verified record, ranking positions, points, club and coach, as sporting information. For under-18s only name, country and division. Identity documents and contact details are never public. Privacy notice.

QHow is my passport number protected?
It is encrypted at rest and never shown publicly, on documents or on the verify page. Administrators who do not hold the identity-documents permission see it masked, for example ••••1234.

On a private disk, served only through signed, time-limited, authorised links to administrators who need them. Every access is logged.

KBN World HQ and the national branch responsible for your country, limited strictly to that country's records. Branch administrators cannot see other countries' applications.

QHow do I get a copy of my data?
Fighters can choose "Export my data" in the portal; fans and officials write to holdingkbn@gmail.com from their account e-mail. KBN responds within one month. Data subject requests.

QHow long are rejected applications kept?
They are deleted after the retention period set by KBN, which is 365 days by default. Verified results of licensed athletes are kept as part of the sporting record, as the privacy notice explains.
